All fire doors sold by Jewson are manufactured by a BWF (British Woodworking Federation) Certifire Scheme and combined with the Jewson line door ironmongery range offer installers everything they need to fit a fire door.
Jewson Fire Door Closers
The Jewson Universal Fire Door Closers, are small bodied template adjustable closers, power sizes 2-4, which are suitable for doors ranging between 850mm (40kg) to 1100mm (80kg).
Available as standard with a slide-in trimplate and matching arms, these closers are fully certified to EN1154, EN1634, CE marked and Certifire Approved CF388 and come complete with a 10 year guarantee.
Other features include a separate latch action and closing speed adjustment to provide total accuracy of adjustment of the full closing cycle and optional hold open armsets to allow doors to be held in the open position for convenience (although these are not to be used on fire doors).
